Introductions: Everyone introduces themselves.
Table Topics: Impromptu speaking when generally everyone participates. The speaker is given a topic and speaks for approximately one minute. An evaluation provides feedback at the end of the session.
Inspiration: Something to inspire us, a poem, a talk or the like, by one of the Toastmasters.
Business Session: Provides practice in meeting procedures.
Table Tonic: A joke or yarn to get us back into the swing of things after the recess.
Prepared & Educational Speeches: The educational part of the meeting where speeches from the Toastmasters manual are presented. An evaluation, written and oral, on each speaker is presented at the end of the prepared speeches. A mentor is provided under the club's mentor program.
Master Evaluation: An evaluation and overview of all aspects of the meeting that did not attract an evaluation previously .
